White Tara – Joy is a vibration!

This week White Tara graced us with her vibration of joy filled bubbles! 

A long time ago Tara, a Hindu goddess was split into colors to match her vibrational moods and emotions. White Tara is created from love, light and joy. Joy she shares resides in your heart, your spirit. A real energy vibration as necessary to your life as air, the breath of life. She felt many of us have forgotten the vibration of joy. So she came forward to join us this week and guide us back int the vibration of joy.

I hope you listen to this message and follow along as White Tara leads you down a healing vibrational meditation designed to help you connect to the vibration of joy using your mind, your imagination, and your memory. You will remember and create a deeper connection to your happy space.

Breathing in the light from the creator of all that is, the universal source, you will be guided to expand into a bright, flowing energy of joy. Connect to the light and life of God. Bring to your mind and create a new memory of joy, feeling safe, whole, and connected.

You will also get a prompting to release hurts and pains. Dwelling on past hurts and pains causes you to recede into yourself. Releasing, letting go, embracing the love and light of being joyful and happy within your own life causes your energy to expand and grow brighter, lighter.

So listen to this message, participate in the healing, and create more joy, light and happiness within your life. Joy is a state of mind, an attitude.
